Capital Crown Award

The Capital Crown Award started in 2025, and we are hopeful that it will continue to be one of the most prestigious awards in West Coast Swing. This includes a tabulation of competitor's scores from JnJ, Strictly Swing, and Routine Divisions across the board. As these divisions highlight multiple skill-sets, we are aiming to provide a platform that acknowledges artists that excel throughout the entire weekend..

Each stage will operate as its own competition with its own placements and prize money, but the placement(s) in each will earn you an allocation of points correlated to the competitors' placement(s) . These points will be tabulated at the end of the weekend,
​and we will crown a Leader and a Follower, in every division (Novice, Intermediate, Masters, Advanced, All Star, and Champion)...
